Job Description

Your mission will be to deeply understand the needs of APAC customers and help your team to focus on solving their most critical problems.

The focus of this team is to ensure that money moves in and out of Wise in the most seamless, cost-effective, convenient, and fast way for customers. The goal for you, in this role will be to focus on and impact parts of our product that will help us scale 10x as we enable core functionality for global money transfers.

**How you'll contribute**:

- Provide data drive insight to inform product decisions, from improving our onboarding flow to reduce friction using one product.
- Partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to set KPIs for the APAC team and monitor new product features impact on conversion, stickiness and engagement.
- Understand customers and the impact of our product on their lives.
- Build conviction on high-value areas and challenge them if there are faster or more effective ways to grow the market.
- Inspire a team environment where ideas are shared and openness is valued.
- Make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools
- Strong analytical mind and product intuition
- Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, designers, analysts)
- Relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidance
- Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar
- Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills
- Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.

**Good to have**:

- Knowledge of the fintech ecosystem
- Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT
- Experience on funnel optimization
- Experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Interest in learning new tools
