- Implementing upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance client engagement.
- Efficiently and promptly resolving complaints and issues raised by clients.
- Ensuring and prioritizing client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Familiar in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
