To lead several process change over cleaning campaigns from the end of production campaign and track the equipment change over cleaning with respect to quality and EHS until completion and release of the equipment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- To developing change over cleaning philosophy, instructions, cleaning flow diagrams and necessary Standard Operating Procedures.
- To develop the changeover cleaning schedules and communication with the cross functional departments for close follow up and timely release of equipment for production..
- To investigate, troubleshoot and report findings of change over cleaning issues (QAR’s/IRS’s)
- To develop, implement and monitor technical solutions for cleaning issues.
- To play a pro-active role in ensuring the site safety standards are adhered to.
- Ensure the changeover cleaning activity meets the agreed site quality standards.
- Ensure the changeover cleaning is actively validated and maintained in validated state.
- Proactively monitor, identify, develop and implement improvements in equipment change over cleaning to improve the RFT and changeover time
- Communicate on a regular basis to the plant personnel on cleaning updates.
- Train the process technicians on the equipment change over cleaning and procedures as required.
- Ensure we adhere to our approved procedures and update these as required.
- Collaborate with Changeover Supervisor (CoS) for adherence to SWP and performance monitoring through visual management.

EDUCATION

Degree in Science or Degree in Engineering, in Chemical Engineering

EXPERIENCE

Preferably 3 years experience in a relevant equipment change over cleaning of API plants. Fresh graduates without experience shall be trained prior to assigning the role.

Work Location Assignment: On Premise
