As an AI Project Manager, you will play a vital role in bridging technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. **Project Planning & Management**
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with company goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for AI initiatives.
- Monitor and report project progress, managing risks and resolving issues proactively.

**2. **Team Coordination**
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate agile workflows and oversee resource allocation for optimal project efficiency.

**3. **Stakeholder Engagement**
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deliver presentations and updates on project status, milestones, and results to internal and external stakeholders.

**4. **Quality Assurance & Delivery**
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Establish KPIs and track performance of deployed AI models and systems.

**5. **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and machine learning to recommend cutting-edge solutions.
- Contribute to building scalable processes and methodologies for AI project delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in AI or IT projects.
- Fresh graduates with strong internships in relevant fields may be considered.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning frameworks, and data pipelines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, or Trello).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
