As Wiseasy is growing its business internationally, we are looking for a Senior HR Generalist to support international hiring across multiple regions and run day-to-day HR operations. You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Run day-to-day HR Operations to support Singapore HQ and oversee HR data management.
- Ensure HR compliance, and data integrity for the company (not limited to encryption, protecting against unauthorized access, clean up, and maintenance).
- Manage the Full Life Cycle of Employees from hire to retire and onboarding to termination.
- Manage Employment records for all employees in the Singapore and International Office.
- Updating HR policy and employment handbook, HR records.
- Support Talent Acquisition team on Recruiting Coordination & Operations
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to scale international teams.
- Drafting of job descriptions and advertisements as and when required.
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits and review compensation to ensure effective talent attraction and retention.
- Manage Work Pass Application and Termination.
- Manage Employee Relations activities and update HR reports/systems with HR data.
- Any other ad-hoc HR and/or administrative duties as required by the HR department.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field
- Around 3 years of HR generalist with min 2 years of experience in HR administration/operations.
- Familiar with labor law especially in Singapore.
- Working experience in the financial or technology or fintech sector will be an advantage.
- Adaptive and willing to support the business wherever necessary.
- Able to build successful and collaborative relationships with employees and managers of all levels.
- Confident and articulate communicator; it is an advantage if you can speak Mandarin fluently.
- Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task and prioritize workloads within tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as a strong team player
