As an IT User Adoption Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in supporting the adoption of new technologies and systems within the organization. This role involves assisting in the creation of user guides, communications, and change management activities to facilitate a seamless transition to new IT solutions. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT department and contribute to these efforts.

**What you will do**:

- Maintain Knowledge Base: Add and update user guides and FAQs to ensure accurate and helpful self-help resources for end users
- Create user-friendly communication materials for new technology rollouts and share best practices for existing tools, simplifying technical language for end users
- Design and update eLearning content, create short animated video guides, and transform text-heavy material into visually engaging formats
- Assist in collecting and analyzing user feedback, and help compile adoption metrics.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- Undergraduate in Instructional Design & Content Digitalisation / Information Technology / Education / Communications or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows 11
- Ability to create visual content and use video editing tools for guide creation (training provided).
- Strong written communication and organizational skills.
