Singapore INFINITUM FINANCIAL ADVISORY PTE. LTD. Full time

A self-directed and independent team player to support the Head of Risk Management & Compliance (“RMC”) within the RMC department focusing on Regulatory Compliance aspects such as governance, risk management and market conduct requirements, in order to maintain a robust risk and compliance framework within Infinitum Financial Advisory. Infinitum Financial Advisory is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Income Insurance Limited, Singapore’s top composite insurer, and is licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform audits and assessment in accordance to the Balanced Scorecard (“BSC”) framework requirements and ensure these are carried out promptly and objectively, and submission of reports to MAS within the stipulated timeline
- Conduct investigations of complaints against representatives in accordance with FAA regulations
- Review, maintain and drive implementation on market conduct compliance framework and policies
- Conduct reviews on Replacement of Policy/Switching cases on a timely basis
- Provide guidance and advisory support on compliance issues and review current market conduct procedures to identify hidden risks
- Conduct periodic compliance training to new and existing representatives, including sales leaders
- Assists in timely submission of reports and document requests to MAS or internal/external auditors
- Assists in the preparation of periodic update review reports to the Management
- Assist in the execution of periodic checks stipulated under the Compliance Monitoring Program
- Undertake any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned from time to time

**Requirements**:

- At least a Bachelor's degree or above or above and at least 2 years of market conduct compliance experience
- Having financial advisory and/or insurance, market conduct compliance knowledge will be an added advantage
- Attentive to detail and communicative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present analysis and recommendation
