**About the Role**:
In this position, you will work alongside a team of experience and passionate techs/nurses in assisting our veterinarians with animal care. You will have the opportunity to learn, teach, grow and guide as a team. You are also required to help with educating the clients with post discharge treatment and care. This is a great role for someone who is eager to learn, versatile, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Assisting with exams, procedures, and treatments
- Animal handling and restraint
- Administering medications and basic care under supervision
- Maintaining clean and organized exam rooms and equipment
- Greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
- Processing payments and updating patient records
