**Key Responsibilities**:
**Application Management**:

- Ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability of the OneService platform to meet business needs.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations to maintain alignment with organizational goals.

**Project Leadership and Implementation**:

- Lead **end-to-end OneService implementation projects**, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and post-go-live support.
- Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of OneService solutions on time and within budget.
- Develop and document workflows, business processes, and technical configurations to support budgeting and consolidation activities.

**Strategy and Innovation**:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and propose innovative solutions leveraging the capabilities of OneService.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of industry best practices.

**Team and Stakeholder Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with finance, IT, and external vendors to address system requirements, resolve issues, and deliver enhancements.

**Governance and Compliance**:

- Monitor system usage, performance, and security, addressing any issues proactively.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for audits and internal reviews.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful implementations of **budgeting and financial consolidation**systems using OneService.

**Technical Expertise**:

- In-depth knowledge of **OneService capabilities**, including budgeting, financial consolidation, and integration with ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, database management, and cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on mentoring and development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly for budgeting and financial workflows.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Familiarity with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Experience in integrating OneService with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Certifications in relevant technologies or project management frameworks.
