**Key Responsibilities**:
**Driving Duties**:

- Provide safe and timely transportation for the employer and passengers to various locations, including work, appointments, social events, and meetings.
- Plan routes, check traffic reports, and ensure the most efficient and timely journey.
- Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Maintain high standards of personal conduct, representing the employer with professionalism at all times.

**Vehicle Maintenance**:

- Ensure that the vehicle is clean, fueled, and ready for use at all times.
- Schedule and oversee regular vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and other necessary repairs.
- Keep accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and repairs.

**Security**:

- Be aware of and follow all safety and security procedures, especially when transporting the employer to high-profile events or locations.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle and its occupants at all times.

**Other Duties**:

- Provide assistance with loading and unloading luggage, packages, or other items.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, respecting the privacy of the employer and their guests or business associates.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Proven experience as a personal driver or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with the local area and key locations.
- Experience driving luxury vehicles or handling high-profile clients is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Excellent driving skills, with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

**Licenses & Certifications**:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
- Class 3/3A license
- Proficient in English and Mandarin

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Capability to lift and carry luggage or other items as needed.
