Job Requirements

Responsible to provide quality service standard to customer.
Maintain a strong customer relationship.
Lead the team to complete assigned jobs.
Guide and train SE/AE/Tech/GW on daily assigned jobs.
Coordinate all site works with customer/ vendor/ sub-con.
Conduct tools box meeting/ safety briefing to team prior to start work.
Provide feedback of AE/Tech/GW performance to the management.
Provide technical and logístical support to assign sites.
Send vibration report to customer and save into server.
Provide on-site and off-site technical advice to customer.
Resolve technical and logístical problems on the complete range of products provided.
Provide reports with detail findings and recommendations to customer.
Generate Method of Statement and Risks Assessment for assigned jobs/ sites.
Participate in planned routine maintenance and Adhoc works.
Provide 24x7 customer support through telephone and site attendance.
Monitor all maintenance activities e.g. battery, coolant, etc.
Update and report any outstanding issue for assigned sited.
To lead/carry out overhaul as PIC.
Support the Assistance Manager to achieve operation objectives.
Others tasks/project as assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement

Able to understand full routine maintenance job scope, excellent knowledge of our products.
Able to use basic hand tools and specific tools where applicable.
Able to use vibration meter, multi-meter, temperature meter, current (Amp) meter, battery tester, PQA and all other tools and measurement devices.
Able to connect with all software used in our system for troubleshooting purpose, including, but not limited to QMS, PLC software, ProjectMaker and DiconScope.
Excellent understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings in order to troubleshoot.
Able to carry out engine annual maintenance.
Able to replace all electrical parts for E and mechanical parts for M.
Able to carry out all aspect of E commissioning (E senior engineer)
Able to carry out all aspect of M commissioning (M senior engineer)
Able to analyse and report vibration data (M senior engineer)
Able to analyse and report PQA, QMS and Dicon data (E senior engineer)
Able to perform troubleshooting in PLC logic (E senior engineer)
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Words, and PowerPoint)
