**Job Title**:Logistics Consultant Manager

Key roles and responsibilities for your new role as Logistics Consultant Manager at Classic Systems are:
**Responsibilities**:

- Formulating and implementing a coherent and profitable sales analysis,.
- Ensure the Business runs profitably in line with established revenue and profit projections through effective management of employees and accomplishment of our business objectives.
- Build business case for 3PL logistics services for Systems
- Working effectively with our team, employees and suppliers to ensure service provision to clients and business partners is of the highest quality
- To ensure the business is compliant with the highest quality standards at all times.

**Essential Duties**:

- Coaching and consulting staff members and supporting their professional development.
- Sourcing new clients and partner relationships.
- Accomplish objectives by establishing plans, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; recommending mid-course corrections.
- Representing the Company at public events
- Building company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Other key skills that you will need to demonstrate as a General Manager**:

- Ability to motivate and support the workforce
- Ability to understand a multi-faceted business and the complexities of the industry and business landscape
- Strong financial acumen
- Complex problem solving and avoidance skills
