**The Challenges**
As an Accounts Assistant in Development Fund, you will handle the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions which includes:
- 1) Performing data entries into Navision, prepare and assist in day
- to
- day operations in accounting- 3) Issuance of tax exempted receipts and official receipts for all income received
- 4) Ensure all disbursement for invoices and claims are processed timely and accurately and are in compliance to policies and regulations
- 5) Donation boxes’ collection and others: Count, tabulate and bank-in
- 6) Monthly bank Reconciliation
- 7) Filing and storage of all receipt and payment files
- 8) Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (such as collection of mail from Mailroom)**The Requirements**
1) GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level/ NITEC/Higher NITEC/ CAT/ Diploma in accounting/ business studies (administration) or other relevant professional qualification (e.g. CAT or advance LCCI)
- 2) Positive working attitude and high level of initiative
- 3) Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
- 4) Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word & Excel)
- 5) Team player
- 6) Microsoft Dynamics Navision experience will be advantageous
