**Press operator-Job Description**

**Printing Experience required in all or some of the following areas**:

- Offset printing technology
- Flexo printing technology
- Silkscreen printing technology
- Gravure printing technology
- Nilpeter MO Press Combination printing experience
- Pre-Press Plate making technology

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate the Nilpeter MO printing machine
- Comply with the department procedures and work instructions.
- Comply all company policies and work rules.
- Understanding and implementing the quality System in the Printing Area in accordance with GMP’s.
- Identify the need for and recommend equipment, procedures, and training.
- Comply workplace safety and quality.
- Implement and execute Daily and Monthly Machine maintenance
- Updating the In-Process production verification checklist
- Updating the Press Pre-Production verification checklist
- Updating the Press Roll Report sheet for each press roll
- Updating the Ink Usage log and Raw Material usage log
- Assist Press operator to setup press when new job commencing
- Prepare and mounting all the printing cylinders, flexo, silk screen and offset plate
- Assured line clearance and record when job ended
- Updating the daily timesheet and submit on time
- Parts cleaning when job done and return cylinder to warehouse and prepress department
