Position Overview

**Responsibilities**:
- Drive opportunities for growth within customer portfolios for partner performed services- Lead creation and maintenance of repeatable packaged service offerings establishing guardrails to ensure alignment- Own and review project plans, schedules, SOW’s and project control tools utilizing standard PM and PSA software. Perform project plan analysis and evaluate risk and mitigation plans- Define project resource plans, including internal and contract resources during proposal and contracting and delivery phases- Maintain partner services program and directory from channel and services partners as a resource guide for internal sales team- Serve as project lead for partner-transacted pilot program- Serve as the project escalation path for partner project managers. Attend project steering committee meetings and conduct end of project quality reviews- Accountable for partner services enablement to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. mitigate issues/concerns, ensure success for ADSK, but also ensure success of customers- Help team members establish open, collaborative relationships. Maintain enthusiasm, energy and focus across projects. Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team- Develop strong extended stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels-
- Develop packaged service offerings to drive overall construction services implementation across channel partner network- Work with extended teams to collect best practice and cascade them to ACS- Ensure alignment of portfolios with sales, product teams, industry strategy and marketing and business development stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications- BA, BS or equivalent experience- 3+ years of sales/sales management/sales support/sales marketing or relevant experience- Proficient in MS Office and CRM system- Languages: English is required. Other language is preferred- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high-visibility role- Professional services delivery experience in construction- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud Solutions portfolio and project management workflows
