DepartmentProduct Management- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationSingaporeThe Product Management team at Shopee is the key focal point between the business, engineering and design teams. The team is responsible for implementing strategy, road maps and features, while adhering to business goals. It covers all functions including but not limited to Financial Services, Supply Chain, Search, Recommendation, Advertising, Order, Promotion, User, Anti-Fraud, Seller Service. - Lead the development of ads budget strategies to drive advertiser growth and ads budget improvement, working closely with Shopee’s ads traffic and ads platform resources to ensure maximum impact
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business trends and ads opportunities
- Design high quality, and clear ads solutions to improve ads budget as well as sellers’ business, including but not limited to ads products and tools, ads creative optimization, etc.
- Closely with local, Marketing and other teams to launch ads solutions, drive adoption, monitor performance and continuous optimisation to grow business
- Communicate, influence, and work cross-functionally with Data Scientists, Engineering and Business teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is preferred
- Possess strong analytical reasoning with logical and critical thinking capabilities to problem-solve based on data
- Able to deliver competitor analysis reports and establish understanding of markets and user requirements
- Independent problem solver with strong sense of ownership and customer focus to drive product design and launch and iteration
- Strong product or technical product management background, with understanding of ad business or machine learning algorithms is a plus
- Experience in SQL is a good-to-have
