**What the role is**
- You will monitor Singapore’s national and government health expenditure and provide insights on healthcare financing strategies and policies to keep healthcare affordable and sustainable for all Singaporeans.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

**What you will be working on**
- You will:

- Maintain strategic oversight on overall healthcare financing mix and how the various finance levers (i.e. Government subsidies, insurance, savings, safety nets) interact and contribute to a sustainable financing system.
- Conduct analyses, develop models and track metrics over time to provide data insights that guide healthcare financing policy (e.g. identifying affordability gaps, drivers of cost, impact of policy changes)
- Drive the development of analytical capabilities within MOH healthcare financing teams and feedback channels across key stakeholders to identify and address key financing gaps to achieve strategic policy goals
- Conduct horizon scanning and engage external experts to keep abreast of global trends and benchmarks, with the aim of distilling learning points about reforms or financing policies that can be applied to Singapore

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary education in any discipline. Experience in the social or healthcare sector is a bonus.
- Good writing and communication skills
- Self-driven and committed individual who displays initiative
- Good people skills to foster close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
