With this in mind, we have developed a platform, RYTE. Through a simple to use workflow, it aims to change the way corporates work with GUUD. It offers corporates simple, faster and secured digital access to trade financing, allowing them to free up cashflow and expand their business.

The role

You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment. As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.
As a senior member of the development team, you should also be able to guide and mentor junior members on best practices and take the lead with project managers to identify and manage various development timelines to ensure prompt delivery of said timelines.

Key accountabilities
- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
- Liaise and work well with business Project Managers to manage development timelines, assign priorities and fixes to ensure prompt delivery of a well engineered solution
- Able to speak well and host standups
- Design client-side and server-side architecture
- Write effective APIs and technical documentation
- Create security and data protection settings
- Reviewing own work and lead reviews of colleagues' work
- Contribute ideas and experience to new solutions
- Provide support in development processes and techniques

Skills & experience
- Degree in Computer Science
- 1 - 3 years relevant experience
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
- Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
- Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
