As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding strategic decision-making by providing insights from data. You’ll oversee a team of Data Analysts, Engineers and Scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve game development, player engagement, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
- ** Data Strategy**: Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support game development and business operations.
- ** Analytics and Reporting**: Design and deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with game development teams, marketing, and other departments to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
- ** Data Quality and Governance**: Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by defining and enforcing governance standards.
- ** Innovation**: Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics technologies and methodologies, incorporating them into the team's workflows.

**Qualifications**
- ** Experience**: 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ** Technical Skills**: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- ** Industry Knowledge**: Experience in the gaming industry or a strong understanding of player analytics and game KPIs is a plus.
- ** Soft Skills**: Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
