Identifying, prioritizing, and engaging stakeholders throughout the coaching process
- Managing the expectations and requirements of all the internal and external stakeholders involved
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation & communication skills
- Report detailed status updates to leadership and executive team.
- Ability to lead and develop subordinates
- Multi-task with ease, problem-solve effectively, and ability to understand various functions within the organization.
- Create and nurture effective communication within the organisation
- Improve customer service and loyalty
- Build rapport with/between stakeholders
- Manage conflict sensitively/effectively with/between stakeholders
- Work closely with L&D to develop and execute test preparation and admissions related programmes
- Define SOPs and ensure
- Provide processes for monitoring performance and collaborating with teams to improve outcomes
- Hire, train and supervise new coaches
- Optimise coach deployment and caseload
- Develop or approve budgets and operations

Requirements/Skills:

- Undergraduate Degree in Management/Education or a relevant field
- MSc/MA is a plus
- Coaching or other professional certification a plus
- Excellent command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure, within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment
- Able to work at least Sat or Sun, 9 am - 6 pm
- Able to work designated weekday evenings

- Education/training-related services/programmes
- Strategic people-deployment/development
- Familiar with local and overseas universities admissions landscapes
- Cross-functional and -industry experience is valued
