**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the bank's business objectives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and prioritize technology initiatives.
- Lead the bank's digital transformation efforts, ensuring the adoption of innovative technologies.
- Drive the development and implementation of digital banking solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Oversee information security policies and practices to protect the bank from cyber threats.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of data.
- Manage and optimize the IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement best practices for IT operations and service management.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, including business units and other executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

**Skills / Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in information technology, with at least 5 years in a C-level role.
- Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior technology leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation initiatives.
- In-depth knowledge of information security best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
