**Who we are**

**Position**
In a challenging and multicultural environment, we are looking for a motivated and skilled Drupal developer to join our Digital Excellence Center IT team. This role requires high-quality development and support of web portals and mobile apps, primarily related to internal and external communications.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Design and implement new features and functionality
- Establish and guide website architecture
- Ensure high performance, availability, and scalability
- Manage all technical aspects of the CMS- Design and code service interfaces to external systems - Perform technical analysis and provide business-focused solutions - Develop custom Drupal modules as needed
- Mentor junior team members
- Contribute to effort estimation and planning
- Optimize code and performance
- Test and support existing websites (intranet and internet)

**Compliance & Training Responsibilities**
**- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legal regulations
- Maintain the required level of professional knowledge and complete all mandatory trainingsQualifications and Profile
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Drupal PHP web development
- Extensive experience in Drupal 8 and 9- Strong knowledge of Drupal architecture, APIs, and custom modules
- Experience building themes using Twig, JavaScript/jQuery, Bootstrap 4, SCSS/SASS- Understanding of PHP and the Drupal theme layer
- Familiarity with caching, deployment, and Drupal best practices
- Good grasp of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles

**Nice to have**
- Experience in: NodeJS, ReactJS, AngularJS, Tailwind CSS- Knowledge of: MS SQL Server, Linux commands, Git, SSO, NPM, Composer, Drush, Drupal API
