**Responsibilities**:

- This role will provide technical support and maintenance for IT / Network Infrastructure.
- Lead CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes; write automation scripts using Ansible and Bash.
- Provide L2/L3 support, resolve critical incidents, troubleshoot performance issues, and conduct root cause analysis (RCA).
- Will monitor the system performance, perform troubleshooting and evaluate potential occurrence or new incidents that may arise.Handle system upgrades, replacements and enhancements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field with at least 8 years working experience in IT Support, Network Infrastructure, Hardware, Systems and related IT peripherals.
- Applications / Systems knowledge in Database, Oracle, Access Management, Backup systems.
- Infrastructure / Network knowledge in Cisco Networks, Checkpoint Firewall, Palo Alto, Load Balancers, Network routing.
- Must be comfortable to communicate effectively with end-user clients and senior stakeholders.
