Lead planning and implementation of projects. May participate in the design and/ or testing phases
- facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- define project tasks and resource requirements
- develop full scale project plans
- assemble and coordinate project staff
- manage project budget and resource allocation
- track project deliverables using APD process
- provide direction and support to project team
- constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project targets
- Manage certification of product
- Collaborate with multi-sites R&D centres for development
