Building Service Lead

Singapore CHINA HARBOUR (SINGAPORE) ENGINEERING COMPANY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Responsibiltiies:
- Coordination with Client, Consultant, Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Building M&E Design for ACMV, FP, P&S, BMS, PA, Telecom, Lighting, Extra Low Voltage, Lightning Protection and Earthing;
- Coordination with procurement Team for tender quotation and project claims;
- Coordination with Architecture, Structure, Electrical, Process Mechanical and Control team for construction shop drawings;
- Coordination works for Building TOP/CSC, O&M Manual / As Built drawings and handover to client;
- Support Project Team for schedule or manpower arrangements;
- Supervise/coordinate installation and testing and commissioning of Building Services packages.
- Develop cost estimates for B&S equipment and B&S works, including of scheduling B&S works.

**Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably in water, wastewater, WTE projects.
- Relevant Building Services engineering experience would be advantageous:
I. Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System (ACMV)

II. Building Management System (BMS)

III. Fire Protection System

IV. Plumbing and Sanitary System

V. Structured Cabling System

VI. Emergency Voice Communication System (EVC)

VII. Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) Electric Lifts

**Skills & knowledge (any software/certificate requirement), preferrable**:

- Familiar with code of practice and standards in Singapore
- Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent coordination skills and communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and work overtime to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with a diverse team.
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible/adapt to rapidly changing project requirements/timelines.
- Ability to uphold the use of standards and escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight.
- Experience in Selection, installation and Commissioning of Building Services equipment.
- Experience in Building Management System (BMS).
- Experience in Project Execution, Supervising and Coordination with sub-contractors, consultant and Client.
- Good technical knowledge of Building Services equipment.
- Relevant experience in design and site work for water and waste water treatment works.
- Meticulous and analytical with excellent problem solving skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Highly motivated and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
