maintaining the vehicle in good condition, and providing exceptional service

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

**Transportation**
- Safely and punctually transport the passengers to various destinations, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Plan and execute efficient routes to minimize travel time.

**Safety**
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of the passengers and others on the road.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and react quickly to any unforeseen circumstances.

**Customer Service**
- Provide a high level of customer service to the passengers, including opening doors, assisting with packages, and ensuring their comfort during transit.
- Be attentive to the passenger's preferences and adapt your driving style accordingly.

**Confidentiality**
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion regarding the passenger’s personal and professional matters.

**Communication**
- Effectively communicate with the passenger to confirm schedules, discuss any changes, and address specific requirements.
- Report any issues or concerns related to the vehicle promptly.

**Maintenance**
- Maintenance of car cleanliness and tidiness, including washing the car.
- To take the car or send it to a repair shop/garage for repairs when needed.

**Ad hoc**
- Run errands and duties when required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Background**

**Experience**
- At least 5 years of driving experience in Singapore.
- Ability to utilize GPS or maps to navigate efficiently.
- Proven experience in customer service or as a personal driver.

**ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Dressed up professionally and neatly, Polo T/Button Shirt, Pants and Shoes.
- Good time management, be punctual for appointments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably own a bike/car to commute to residential.
- Confident in driving larger Class 3 vehicles, for example 7 seaters car.
- Flexible working hours, working hours depend on the requirement for the day and be available on call.
- Willing to accept unfixed rest day, to be communicated and planned according to workload.
- Willing to commit to working on weekends or public holidays with OT.
- Non-smoker.
- Physically fit to drive for long hours and have good vision.
