**Deployment**
- Daily update to RMS
- Deployment of manpower for trucks (Prime movers, Rear-end loader, 17 footer trucks, 20 footer trucks, 22 footer trucks) which includes recommendation of workers’ leave, courses etc.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings for safety and HR matters.
- Arrangement of manpower for sites with supervisor.
- Updating of deployment entry including inventory of equipment.
- Monthly report of location of Open-top containers (OTC).
- Application for disposal permit.

**Weighbridge duties**
- Perform weighbridge officer duty when current officer is on A/L, MC, lunch break.
- Updating packing list in RMS.
- Reports (REL, Weekly, Bi-weekly, Monthly).
- Matching of tickets with petty cash vouchers.

**Administrative duties**
- Drivers’ cashcard records.
- Monitoring security seals issuance.
- Issuing of locker keys and uniforms.
- Ordering of safety shoes.
- Monitoring usage of diesel tags.
- Submission of workers’ petty cash claims and medical claims.
- Checking of printed tickets against QC tickets.

1. Staying West Area.

2. Tech-Savvy.

3. Proficient with Microsoft Skills (Eg: Functions in Excel).

4. Ability to Liaise with Mandarin and English Speaking Customers.

5. Ability to understand Dialects (Eg: Hokkien).
