**About Us**

Green Link Digital Bank is Singapore's inaugural wholesale digital bank focusing on supply chain finance, mainly serving MSMEs and aiming to help MSMEs grow and improve digitization.

**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of designing and implementing network infrastructure across both on-premises and cloud platforms, with a focus on high availability, performance, and future scalability.
- Set up, configure, and manage enterprise-grade network equipment — including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless access points, NAC systems, and load balancers in day-to-day operations.
- Act as the go-to expert for diagnosing and resolving complex network issues, ensuring quick recovery and mínimal disruption across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Partner with cybersecurity and audit teams to review and enforce network security policies, firewall rules, and standards — making sure everything aligns with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain cloud network environments, including Elastic Cloud Server (ECS), Cloud Container Engine (CCE), and security group configurations.
- Support integration and operation of various cloud services and components in accordance with security and performance standards.
- Work closely with ISPs and technology vendors to manage connectivity services, resolve technical issues, and ensure service levels are consistently met.
- Participate actively in change management and IT governance processes, identifying risks and ensuring that infrastructure changes are well-controlled and properly documented.
- Support and secure a variety of connectivity setups — including hybrid cloud links, site-to-site VPNs, and integrations with third-party and financial networks.
- Ensure network infrastructure aligns with regulatory standards such as MAS TRM, SWIFT CSP, and BCS PSP, and support ongoing compliance efforts.
- Maintain documentation of network designs, setups, and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’sdegree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in network engineering, including strong exposure to hybrid and cloud network environments.
- Experience working in regulated financial institutions or banks is highly preferred.
- Proven hands-on experience with network infrastructure from vendors like Cisco, Checkpoint, etc.
- Solid grasp of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, VLANs, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (e.g., VPC, subnetting, routing, NAT, security groups).
- Familiarity with cloud-native services and hybrid network integration.
- Experience with Linux operation is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex network issues independently.

**Certifications (preferred)**
- CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent network certifications. Cloud network certifications is a plus
- Cisco, Checkpoint CCSA, CCSE or equivalent security certifications
- ITIL Foundation or other service management frameworks.
