RPAProject Manager

Analyze business process suitability, assess process readiness and opportunities for automation.
- Conduct process feasibility and complexity assessment.
- Re-engineer process to improve automation potential and recommend automation approach.
- Translate non-technical, business requirements into technical requirements effectively by taking into consideration on functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance.
- Develop detailed As-is process description (PDD) and To-be automated process description including scenario design and flow mapping.
- Review and advise the completion of Process Design Document (PDD) and exception handling (in term of business & system) prior to development so that all exceptions scenarios are covered during process & solution design.
- Define test cases covering all business requirements and create test data for all test scenario.
- Conduct proper handover with complete documentation for the completed project or RPA initiative to the designated person in customer with sufficient documentation for operationalization.
- Conduct properly handover for completed project/initiative to internal users in ensuring customer able to maintain and operate the processes.
- Provide mentorship or guidance to internal RPA Consultant for current or other RPA projects in customer.
- To conduct weekly meeting with customer project team for project delivery progress until handover
