In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the development team to gather and analyze technical requirements for software development projects.
- Create and maintain detailed technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements, for development teams to implement.
- Develop and maintain documentation and workflows for business processes and systems.
- Identify and document any potential technical issues or risks and make recommendations for mitigation.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance efforts, including creating test cases and test plans, executing tests, and verifying test results.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders.
- Provide support to the development team during the implementation phase of project
- Work with project managers, developers, and clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Provide L1 support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Perform analysis on data, systems, and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, such as requirements documents and user guides.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in a technical business analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
