Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth while effectively representing our company to customers and stakeholders.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead market development efforts, educating customers on the advantages of our SMT products and services.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal preparation and client negotiations.
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts and identify new sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Manage ongoing opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product specifications and system design requirements.
- Interpret customer needs and work with the technical team to propose appropriate product solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in industrial product sales, preferably with knowledge of automation, robotics, software, chucking systems, or cutting tools.
- Knowledge and experience in precision engineering, with practical expertise in machining processes, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with the technical team to deliver client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment.
