We operate in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand - and have an ambitious expansion plan to bring a little bit of Sweden to new markets in the region. We are part of the Ikano Group of companies and the only IKEA franchisee owned by the Kamprad family that founded IKEA.
We also develop, own and operate Shopping Centres that are anchored by IKEA and create walkable communities by including residential, office and other types of real estate in our development plans.

**Job Description**:
You will be a part of our Local Marketing & Communication team and your responsibilities include:
- Customer profile and behaviour research;
- Event coordination and implementation;
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
- Assist in the creation of content for communication channels
- Carry out administrative and operations-related tasks as required
- Be involved in the development of various plans that support the initiatives of our Local Marketing & Communication team.
- Monday to Friday, primarily at IKEA Tampines
- Occasional visits to IKEA Alexandra and IKEA Jurong (JEM)
- Support on weekends with major events
**Qualifications**:
- Highly independent, a fast-learner, and requires mínimal supervision.
- An appetite for learning more about the IKEA brand and business, and gain experience in marketing and/or communication.
- Strong time and task management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
