1. Recruitment and Selection
- Creating job description, advertising on all job platforms, and handling full recruitment process.
- Handling end-to-end process of staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Generate work pass renewal list on a monthly basis (Levy exemption, security bond, levy report, quota update, upgrade of WP to S Pass)
2. Benefit and Compensation
- Process Income Tax submission for IR21.
- Support and assist on medical eClaim.
- Checking of overtime and public holidays worked for non-executive employees.
3. Performance Management
- Conduct employee appraisals, confirmation, and salary adjustment
4. Employee Relations
- Organize employee communication platforms and activities
- Employee welfare (newborn gifts, hospital hamper etc)
**- **Support and manage in company’s events and activities such as stock take, annual dinner, festive celebration, and others.
5. Admin
- Maintain records and compile reports such as recruitment, attendance, leave, etc
- Prepare of Disciplinary Letters & Staff Memo/ Announcements.
- Participate in government or statutory board related surveys.
- Preparing letters of Appointment, Confirmation, Employment Contract, etc.
- Updating MOM on changes to the personal data of foreign workers, especially change of address.
**REQUIREMENTS**
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
3. Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
6. Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
7. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
