**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the highest standard of quality, service, and customers as they relate to presentation, supervision, and control of food & beverage service in daily operation
- Prepare staff rostering and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operations
- Overseas and manage approximately 4 outlets, you will manage and control the daily operations and activities and ensure that the operation is in compliance with the company's requirements
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards in the handling and preparation of food products
- Monitor and be responsible for the sales performance of the respective outlets
- Establish targets, KPIs, policies, and procedures
- Ensure SOPs are closely followed by the team to maintain food quality
- Manage sales & labor cost targets
- Conduct outlet examination and staff training for staff development
- Ensure that all assigned stores are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential, operational efficiency and staff turnover is reduced.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of working experience in the Food and Beverage industry is required for this position
- Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage and motivate the team in achieving set standards
- Good organizational skills
- Resourceful, independent, and problem solve
- Conduct Audits on the assigned stores at least once per assigned outlet on monthly basis. Coach and develop an action plan with stores leaders.
- Preferably Management level specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Preferably able to start work immediately

Spinelli Coffee Company originated in San Francisco in 1983 by founders of Christopher Calkins and Arnold Spinelli. They operated retail store in San Francisco and Marin County as well as a roasting plant. Spinelli Coffee Company supplied more than 20 blends and a variety of premium coffee to hotels, restaurants, cafes and food market throughout San Francisco Bay area.

Arnold Spinelli who is an experience coffee buyer and roaster by profession met up with Christopher Calkins who seells espresso machine to cafes. With their passion for good coffee and customer services, they discuss about opening up their own cafes. The 1st outlet was open in 1983 in Cole Street San Francisco.
