Fit, assemble, and disassemble mold/tooling for plastic injection mold and die-cast tooling.
- Adjust, modify, and repair existing mold using blue prints and determine required machine operation.
- Prepare the mold for production
- Propose and implement new tooling systems in order to improve the machining process in terms of time and quality from time to time.
- Select metals to be used from a range of metals and alloys, based on properties such as hardness and heat tolerance.
- Set up and operate conventional or computer numerically controlled machine tools such as milling machines, and grinders to cut, bore, grind, or shape parts to prescribed dimensions and finishes.
- Set up and operate drill presses to drill and tap holes in parts for assembly.
- Study blueprints, sketches, and models or specifications to plan sequences of operations for fabricating tools, dies, and assemblies.

**Job Requirement**:

- Know how to assemble, disassemble, and fit the mold.
- At least two (2) years of experience in the plastic mold injection industry.
- Applicants must willing to work shifting hours and overtime when needed.
- Must have strong math and communication skills in addition to being able to multitask and work with mínimal supervision.
- Must have active learning, judgment, time management, and organizational skills.
