Role: Part Time Clinic Assistant
Looking for friendly clinic assistants willing to work in a western medicine clinic setting.
Experience working in medical clinic setting including dispensary and use of clinic software is preferred but all applicants are welcome to apply.

**Job Description**:
1. The clinic assistant is responsible for welcoming patients, checking them in, and verifying their information and insurance coverage. They provide any necessary paperwork and ensure that the patient's visit is as seamless as possible.
2. The clinic assistant schedules appointments and follows up with patients to confirm their appointments. They are responsible for maintaining an organized schedule for healthcare providers and ensuring that patients are seen in a timely manner.
4. The clinic assistant assists healthcare providers with patient care, including taking vitals, collecting specimens, and administering medications. They ensure that patients are comfortable and receive the care they need.
5.The clinic assistant is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment. They ensure that exam rooms and waiting areas are clean, well-stocked, and organized.
6. The clinic assistant processes payments and manages billing tasks as needed. They ensure that patient invoices are accurate and up-to-date, and work with insurance companies to resolve any billing issues.
7. The clinic assistant is required to keep watch on the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that there are adequate supplies available. They will inform the Clinic Manager to reorder supplies as needed and work with healthcare providers to ensure that the clinic is well-equipped to provide quality care.
8. The clinic assistant participates in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. They seek to improve their skills and knowledge to better serve patients and support the clinic's overall mission.
