**Responsibilities**
- Provide execution-related securities, futures and options orders, and related advisory services for customers, offering advice on market conditions and financial market matters. Proactively handle customers' inquiries on trading-related matters.
- To provide fundamental and technical analyses to customers.
- To ensure work duties are carried out professionally, facilitate proper execution of orders, and comply with rules and regulations of local / overseas regulators and Exchanges.
- Monitor market movements, conduct risk control, oversee customers' risk parameters and margin exposures, and implement measures such as margin calls or forced liquidation when necessary.
- To monitor and ensure customers' trading activities are always carried out in compliance with internal policies / guidelines and regulatory requirements. Provide feedback on any customers’ e.g unusual trading patterns or movement of funds, to HODs and Compliance department.
- To monitor customers’ activities that could be related to money laundering and terrorism financing. Must have a good understanding of the contributing factors to arouse suspicion.
- To check and monitor customers’ equity and position limits to ensure no over-trading.
- Managing / handling of orders during system downtimes. Identify and rectify performance bottlenecks.
- Perform initial diagnosis and investigation of trade rejection, and troubleshoot any technical inquiries with regards to trading platforms.
- Experience in development work in a team-based environment regarding launch of new product offerings, trading systems, and other ad-hoc projects.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, or related qualifications
- Min 3 years experience in Dealing
- CMFAS modules 1A, 2A, 5, 6 and 6A are required
- Knowledge of online trading platforms
- Result-oriented, well-read on industry development and ability to articulate well
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work on shifts & public holidays
- Strong team player, fast learner, proactive and able to perform tasks independently
- Good command in written and spoken English. Able to speak Mandarin for Mandarin-speaking customers.
