**Responsibilities**:
**Consumption (Cloud & Support) growth**
- Fulfill Support contract obligations by driving quality planning and delivery of Support services to realize customer business outcomes and overall experience with Microsoft solutions.
- Define outcomes to improve the health, performance, and business capabilities of the prioritized workloads to drive customer value realization.
- Partner with your customer and Account Team to prioritize and plan customer engagements and programs across cloud and on-premises workloads.
- Orchestration, customer sponsor management, and stakeholder communication of prioritized engagements and programs. Track, escalate, and plan for the remediation of technical blockers and provide engineering feedback to further our product and solutions as appropriate

**Architecture Design and Deployment**

**Trusted Advisor**
- Develop deep relationships with key customers, Software Engineering and IT decision makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company to enable them to be cloud advocates. Be the voice of the customer
- Assess the Customers' knowledge of Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners - Collaborate with Cloud Solution Architects in developing complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform

**Technical Thought Leadership**
- Maintain architect level technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; Be an Azure based solutions evangelist with customers, partners and external communities.
- Participates in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal team. Acts a mentor to junior colleagues to educate them on technical and non-technical concepts.

**Qualifications**:
**Required/Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- OR equivalent experience.

**Additional or Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 10+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years technical sales experience.
- 4+ years project management experience.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure).
- Ability to understand business requirements and customer problems and solve them through cloud technologies
- Enterprise-scale technical experience with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, and technology management required.

**Subject matter expertise in one or more of the following**:

- DevOps practices, including continuous planning/Agile, CI/CD, quality and security and one of the DevOps tool chains (i.e, Azure DevOps, GitHub).
- One or more of the following programming languages: C++, C#, Java, Node.js, JSON, PHP, Python.
- Experience with scalable architectures using Azure App Service, API management, serverless technologies, container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry etc.), API management, Microservice frameworks etc.
- Experience using integrated development environments (e.g. Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, XCode, WebSphere) targeting Android, iOS, Linux, Windows, public clouds (i.e. Azure, AWS, Go
