**Salary**: Negotiable, commensurate with experience and qualifications

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage year-end closing and preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Report monthly financial performance to management and key stakeholders.
- Oversee annual budget preparation and multi-year financial planning.
- Prepare financial data, analysis, and reports for management and board meetings.
- Ensure compliance with **IRAS** requirements, including Corporate Income Tax (Form C-S/C), **GST filings**, and other statutory submissions.
- Coordinate statutory audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and advisors.
- Supervise payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring compliance with **CPF contributions** and MOM regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- CPA/CA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
- Proven experience in financial management and statutory compliance in Singapore.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, GST, and CPF.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
