- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday, 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Basic + Car allowance + Commission + VB**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Present weekly sales reports to management and lead weekly sales strategy meetings.
- Conduct site surveys with the technical team and prepare accurate quotes.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and follow up on sales bids and leads.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing exceptional service.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and keep CRM updated.
- Communicate with installers and contractors for smooth project delivery and facilitate post-sale transitions.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Obtain necessary licenses and manufacturer certifications.
- Participate in industry training and support team members to achieve KPIs.
- Develop and maintain vendor relations and read architectural and mechanical drawings for HVAC projects.
- Recommend and sell HVAC products to leads and current customers.
- Assist HVAC specialists with installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Contact customers and provide quotes for recommended services.
- Write proposals and contracts.

- At least 2 years of sales experience
- Possess a valid class 3 driving license
- Owning a vehicle is preferred, with car allowances provided
- Willingness to travel frequently as required
- Able to work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice
