Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out site supervision with term contractors, term consultants, term asbestos surveyors and removal specialists and requesting departments to determine the scope of works
- Establish the project timeline and cost
- Manage and supervise term contracts works (such as civil works, building works, professional engineering consultants, asbestos survey and removal works)
- Check the works on site and verify works done are in accordance with requirements
- Follow up with consultants, contractors and specialists on the submission of project information, testing reports, drawings and etc
- Check and verify the claims submitted by the consultants, contractors and specialists
- Monitor the project utilisation and budget
- Plan and execute other project initiatives
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to support green, digitalisation and analytic projects.
- Support the team in data collection, preparation and setup of Dashboard
- Support the coordination and administration works of term contracts
**Job requirements**
Proficient in MS Office and data analytics software
- Knowledgeable with system setup and system management
