As Sr.Network Analyst you will assist the team in designing, implementing, and maintaining the networks by managing network IP addresses, communicating network information and requirements to connect hosts onto the network, and installing, upgrading, and maintaining network routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, wireless controllers, other network devices and servers.
- Practical experience in configuring routers/switches (e.g., CISCO and Alcatel), Firewalls (PaloAlto and Checkpoint), and intrusion detection/protection systems.
- Administration, support & maintenance of campus-wide network infrastructure including the following (but not limited to):

- Cisco and Alcatel Switches
- PaloAlto, Checkpoint, Cisco, Juniper Firewalls.
- Cisco Lightweight Access Points
- Wireless controller and devices (Cisco and/or Alcatel/Aruba)
- Aruba ClearPass (CPPM) - Network Access Control Appliance
- F5 LoadBalancer
- Structured Cabling (UTP / Fiber)
- Ensure that the company network is in optimum performance by continually reviewing areas of improvement.
- Recommend the optimum or alternative solutions.
- Monitor and maintain service availability.
- Accountable for network operations.
- Network fine-tuning, problem troubleshooting, interpretation of statistics and traffic pattern.
- Firewall rules configuration and security setting.
- Ensure procedures are documented.
- Ensure SOP are up to date.
- Ensure compliance to policies and procedures.
- Follow up on requests, deployments & incidents/issues (including escalation) and ensure proper and timely closure.
- Ensure that relevant parties (including the requestor/users) are updated on the progress.
- Maintaining and upgrading Firmware / OS on Network Devices.
- Configuration and maintenance of Layer 2 and Layer 3 Switches.
- Configuration and Implementation of Core Firewalls.
- Configuration and Implementation of Network Access Control Appliance.
- Updating documentation and diagrams to any changes to the environments.
- Experienced and familiarity with Structured Cabling, Network, and routing technologies, network solutions i.e. using CISCO, Juniper, Alcatel network equipment.
- Responsible for working with the Service Desk & On-site Support Team to provide Network support.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or diploma in IT, Engineering or Computer science.
- Network Engineer shall have at least 5-6 years hands-on experience.
- Possess industry standard certifications mínimally have CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Managed Services and hands on experience on LAN/WAN technologies
- Knowledge of Layer 2 & 3 Technologies: Good knowledge of Switching technologies like VLAN's, HSRP, Devices: Alcatel & Cisco switches.
- Be a Team player with good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Customer oriented and be able to handle difficult situations. With the drive and energy to explore new ways of doing things to improve customer experience.
- Network Engineer should have hands-on experience and knowledge in administration and troubleshooting of Firewalls (Palo Alto and Checkpoint Firewalls) and F5 LoadBalancer.
- Previous working experience in SOE environment will be preferred.
- Experience in managing / administration of Aruba ClearPass is a plus.
