RESPONSIBILITIES

**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Assist in Performance monitoring of the Hafnia ships and timely guidance to tech staff on improvement matters (incl. OS vessels)
- Assist in Reporting and communication on Poseidon Principles and Sea cargo charter requests from Banks and Charter Signatories.
- Assisting in all the ongoing and upcoming projects
- Assisting in projects related to performance optimization
- Assist in projects related to environmental compliance
- Assist in Pool point review
- Assist on other project related tasks as requested by the work stream leaders
- Assist in developing ESG report

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Environmental Science or equivalent
- IT and presentation capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, communications skills and confident
- Open and approachable
- Able to work independently and a strong team player
- Organised with good time management and performance management.
- Takes initiative and problem solver.
- Good attention to detail
- Has the ability to get things done through good people skills
- Proficient in computer software, including MsWord, Outlook, MsPowerpoint, MsExcel, MsAccess, etc.
