**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook smoked meat dishes, including beef brisket, pork ribs, grilled chicken chop, pasta, and sliders, with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other chefs to develop and refine menu items, ensuring consistency and quality
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to meet demand
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Uphold Oak & Ember's commitment to high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation
- Adhere to recipes and portion sizes, while also contributing creative ideas for menu improvement
**Requirements**:
- Culinary diploma or related field preferred
- No official experience required. Training can be provided
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to work under pressure during peak service hours
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
