**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Strategy and Planning
- Work with business unit stakeholders to map out current processes and assess the their suitability for automation Develop strategies to build a digital culture within the bank
Business Performance and Management
- Analyse business process to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements / robotics automation
- Document business requirements and redesign process for RPA (Purpose process improvement) and produce quality ‘Solution Design Document’ (SDD)
- Develop quality RPA Bots in accordance to the signed off requirements and conduct internal testing
- Conduct user acceptance testing and / or integration testing with other systems (where applicable)
- Conduct workshop to familiarize process owners / end users on the new automated process Provide post production support
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Degree holder in a technical field preferably with some experience in programming or digital-related module
- An Agile project management related certification (e.g. Scrum) is desired but is not mandatory Minimum 2 - 3 years of working knowledge of Banking Business / Operation processes would be preferred

- Good problem solving skills and pro-active in proposing constructive alternatives.
- Willingness to explore, share and communicate new ideas within the RPA team.
- Competent in working independently within the timeline given and provide timely updates on progress of the RPA initiatives.
