The Technician (Filling) is responsible for operating and maintaining gas filling equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient filling of gas cylinders in compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate gas filling machinery to fill cylinders according to established protocols.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct routine checks to ensure optimal operation.
- Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with filling equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation of filled cylinders, including quantities and batch numbers.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the filling area.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- **Qualifications & Requirements**
- NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or gas processing environment.
- Familiarity with gas filling operations and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with preventive maintenance procedures.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to gas handling and cylinder filling.
