We are looking for agile and passionate personnel on analytical testing to join us as Lab Assistant to carry out testing of samples according to procedure in excellent quality and timely manner. In this role, you will execute the sample preparation and result reporting as per quality system and accreditation requirements. You will extend skills and competencies according to sections needs and development plan.

**A day in the life of...**
- Responsible for smooth running of the day to day operations in the plant regards to testing/ checking of line, intermediate samples and finish product checks.
- Participate in daily sensory preparation, keeping quality samples for tasting and recordings.
- Participate in laboratory ICP, GLP and safety schemes for the lab.
- To perform chemical analysis for product, chemical concentration, etc.
- To perform results recording for the release of inspection lots in SAP and lab cards.
- To participate in DQR meetings.
- To perform A2M of the rapid analysis methods.
- To perform sampling such as swab sampling, air sampling, water sampling, etc as per monitoring plan.
- To perform audits such as GMP, sensory, HACCP verification.
- To perform start up inspection check after CIP.
- Responsible for COA preparation.
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time

**What will make you successful**
- Diploma and above in chemistry, biochemistry, food sciences, analytical sciences
- Scientific curiosity and receptive for coaching
