- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation methods and latte art techniques (Bonus)
- Familiarity with different types of coffee beans, roasts, and flavor profiles.
- Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment with precision.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (e.g., bags of coffee beans).
- Food handling certification or willingness to obtain one.
- A passion for coffee and a genuine interest in creating exceptional coffee experiences for customers.

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
