The role

The incumbent is required to support the overall business lifecycle from presales to post sales in driving ICT solutions in the telecommunication space. This includes the implementation of major & special projects through the engagement of internal and external stakeholders including the partner ecosystem in the effort to collate meaningful data, statistics & patterns to discover, interpret and uncover new insights & knowledge so as to implement, develop or integrate software solutions for new opportunities, automation & analysis.

Key accountabilities

Collation of sales/ project/ operations lifecycle data through supporting and implementation of various presales, post sales activities
Engage partner ecosystems to understand their product & offerings to create new offerings or solutions
Prepare solutions presentation that meets the requirements including the implementation risks & opportunities
Develop software or integration as needed between existing/new solutions as part of the overall stakeholder requirements in accordance with the Software Development Lifecycle
Perform effective engagement with stakeholders (management, customers, vendors & partners) with the ability to build business cases and present proposals
Understanding project deliverables / scope of work / requirement / acceptance criteria in the curation of viable solution
Maintain implementation schedule, coordinating activities includes conducting progress meeting with stakeholders, and tasks registry for follow through tasks and managing stakeholder’s expectations in the proposed solutions.
Resolving various use case challenges & software/ solutions bugs through stakeholders feedback
Conduct technology & product trials and Proof-of-concepts with relevant stakeholders
Perform and support in tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Skills & experience

Preferably Degree in STEM related courses (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics)
Experience in managing, deploying of software development through the software development lifecycle
Understanding of the Project Management methodology is advantageous (Agile/ Scrum/ Kanban)
Good technical knowledge of systems, software design and IOT networking
Strong interpersonal, customer management and communication skills
A good team player with the ability to multi-task effectively
Driven, self-motivated and ability to work independently
Resilient and persistent
