[What the role is]

You will work as part of a team that develops and manages land parcels and indoor space for the above-mentioned sectors.

[What you will be working on]
- Manage land tenders from preparation, launch, award and client management stages. This includes providing support and assistance during the client’s development phase.
- Manage the pipeline of land supply for tender.
- Manage relationships with clients to meet their contractual obligations.
- Work closely with other agencies (e.g. MND, SLA, URA, MinLaw, etc.) to carry out the above-mentioned roles effectively.

[What we are looking for]
- Areas of study in Real Estate, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other related fields.
- Have work experience in similar roles
- Good listening and interpersonal skills are essential as the position involves interacting with a wide range of industry partners.
- Ability to speak Mandarin and dialects will be an advantage to engage stakeholders who may not be English speaking,
- Strong analytical, planning, organising and presentation skills.
